Its just I remember a few years back people used to quote him, he was that awesome. Now Marvel turned him into a 2-dimensional clown. A joke.

I myself love the character when he's written by Kelly (or anyone other than Way for that matter). Still, have him fight AKUMA? Wade better have some serious arsenal on him to stand a chance. Then again, he's famous for pulling nuclear warheads out of his ass.

You mean if he goes shin goku satsu on Wade's behind? I know it targets opponents soul but do we really know enough about the attack to tell what's gonna happen? I mean, it is possible to survive it.

Also Deadpool soul is already damaged. Ripped in half by Satana. Didnt bother him in the slightest, think he doesnt need one.

The SGS would defeat him, it probably wouldn't "kill" him though. It worked on Bison and he's practically immortal too. It attacks the body, mind, and soul.
