2013 eh? Seems like a bit of a gap from the other two, not much of one though.
Hopefully it turns out good and doesn't end up lame.

AIM will be in the next movie now we just need to see the yellow outfits that they wear there's also been pictures of the Iron Patriot armour from the set, For those of you that know the Iron Patriot armour was used from Dark Reign which happen with the Marvel Comics, but i don't think Osborn will be wearing it.

The villain is of course Mandarin. movies.yahoo.com/blogs/movie-talk/iron-man-3-first-look-ben-kingsley-mandarin-213728578.htmlEntertainment Weekly shared the first image of Sir Ben Kingsley dressed as the villainous Mandarin in "Iron Man 3." Kingsley, known for playing (really) good guys like Gandhi, is going evil in a major way for next summer's blockbuster. Like most comic book baddies, The Mandarin has a rather convoluted history. According to Marvel's official site, he was born in China around 1920 and raised by his aunt following the death of his parents. But unlike Peter Parker, The Mandarin took the bad-guy route. After being ousted from power following the Chinese Communist revolution, he went about seeking invincibility by other means. He found it in an ancient spaceship equipped with ten mystical rings. Not surprisingly, he didn't use the rings for good. [New on Yahoo! Movies: Exclusive clips from 'Skyfall' and 'Flight'] "Iron Man 3" will give The Mandarin a different backstory. Kevin Feige, president of Marvel Studios, told EW: "A lot of this movie is about characters going back into the shadows for various reasons and characters who have been in the shadows coming out and into the light for the first time. It is Tony [Stark] who, for various reasons, finds himself receding into the darkness. I don't mean emotional darkness, I mean literally ducking out of the spotlight. And we'll see other characters stepping up who have pulled strings from the background, starting to show their hand." The choice to cast Kingsley as a villain of Chinese ancestry must have raised a few eyebrows, but the filmmakers are aiming to defuse any controversy by making him more multi-cultural. "It's less about his specific ethnicity than the symbolism of various cultures and iconography that he perverts for his own end," Feige told EW. [Related: Agent Coulson Lives! Clark Gregg is set to star in 'Avengers' TV spinoff] There's another question that bears asking: Will moviegoers be down with seeing the man who won an Oscar for playing Gandhi blow up Tony Stark's mansion? Something tells us they will. As skilled as Kingsley is at playing good guys, he may be even better at playing villains. And he knows it. He's voiced his desire to play a bad guy opposite 007. "I would like to make it known, on this program, loud and clear, that I would absolutely embrace with all five of my arms being a Bond villain," Kingsley said on radio several years back.

People are always complaining. Although they do want to capture the look, it isn't as big a deal as the acting. Asian actors aren't as big here though, generally speaking.

To me the acting is more important then the look
take a look at Christopher Lee he played an Asian character (Fu Manchu) years ago.

Though some characters would never be substituted for another race, like Superman for instance, as his look is too iconic. A black Superman.

Meanwhile a Black Green Lantern can work. It's another GL though, so it isn't the same. A Black Clark Kent or Bruce Wayne would alienate people. They are doing a black Spider-Man though, although he's a different person. They did an Indian Spider-Man too.

Probably like Iron Man beams or something. Maybe they're scared they will be op'ed or that people won't understand.

Can't see why they did Thor's movie where Asgardians go walking around in modern world. Probably because Thor is all about mystic powers. Who knows though, I hope he isn't just Iron Man with Rings though.

Rumor Wasp may be in this movie
but Wow........people are strange these days they're willing to accept a Norse god, an angry green rage monster and a guy who flies around in a armoured suit, But yet not a woman who can change her body size
whats the deal with people wanting realism in movies when its based on comics.

People do want some sense of being able to relate to it. Keep in mind these movies are watched by the general audience and not just hardcore fans, who make up a small % of the population.
