Well the deal with the Mandarin is

Turns out he's a British actor Trevor Slattery, He's being used by Killian to make a profit on the war on terror and Killian is the founder of A.I.M.

people are mainly disapointed with Mandarin expecting him to be other one from the comics.

So tempting. I don't actually mind spoilers but I'll just watch it to see if I'm surprised.

Edit: I saw it now. Something seemed odd about that guy in the very beginning when he was on top of the building. The Mandarin part is interesting considering he is Tony's main villain. Similar to the Talia twist, but way more out of left field.

I got a feeling they can still use the real Mandarin because if you watch Iron Man 1 with that group that captures Stark they have the same logo.

Killian was the actual Mandarin from the looks of things, and I think that's it from the Iron Man movies (that series anyways).

Lol it's KMC. It did have a plot. The villian was just really petty, as many tend to be.

I also find it strange people think his fu manchu look is racist

but yet you look at some of them old pictures of Chinese emperors or even some of the Chinese martial arts movies where some of the characters look like that, Yet they're fine with them.
