It's all in ones head how "old" they are. My grandpa died at 90 and he was a big kid til the day he died. I agree there. It's about the person. I'm more like an old person in a young person's body myself. |

I can't sleep at night but I am sleep through out the day and I go to school and work. I usually just take a few "pick me ups" and a Red Bull. At night I take Night Quill, Robetusen or Benedrill. That helps put me to sleep. I believe you. All the things you do........you're killing yourself, you know. I sleep 9-10 hours a day. Fact. You deserve a firm hand shake, my good man. Sleep works wonders for the body. Many don't realize it. In fact, I'm going to bed in a few minutes. |
