I'd imagine, really popular PC games that have been out for a while get a LOT of mods IE Duke Nukem and Baldur's Gate.

Seems like Gearbox shouldn't have released this game this month

unless Sega stepped in and did a dick move.

Lots of stuff seem to have happen behind the scenes with this game such as Gearbox supposedly stealing funds from Sega.

So yeah someone is suing Gearbox over this game for false advertising, Because they showed this game at one of those gaming expo's which looked completely different to the final product

and yeah they're talking about it over at KMC how its stupid for this person to sue Gearbox, its that person's fault for not waiting for the reviews on all that and one person is disagreeing

It's not really the consumer's fault. It's not like Gearbox falsely advertised with a stage demo before so nobody knew better and before anyone says Duke Nukem Forever was falsely advertised, they're wrong. Everything they showed off for Duke this generation was is in the latest installment. If gamers bought it, then it was their fault.
