What would *you* change? In terms of anything.
For me it would be four teams So you could have up to 4 teams at a time in a game, it would add to the chaos!

Reaper +Health point increase to 100 (buffed from 90) (so it can survive a single gurney and 9 homing missiles) +Non-Flame chainsaw on hit will now flip/stagger the opponent. (same as meatwagon 1st special) +Flame chainsaw on hit will now flip/stagger the opponent. (same as meatwagon 1st special) +Flame chainsaw deals double damage versus aerial units (Talon and Sweetbot when flying)
Vermin +Heath revert back to 205 at online multiplayer. (buffed from 180 health)
Roadkill -HP should return to 160 (nerfed from 175) -Special regen rate slower to 32 seconds (nerfed from 30)
Crimson Fury +Health increase to 130 (buffed from 110) +Energy regen rate faster to 60 seconds. (buffed from 90 seconds)
Juggernaut +Health points should return to 700 (buffed from 550)
Axel +Special regen rate faster to 38 seconds (buffed from 40) +1st Special crush mode doesn't "randomly" deactivate when successfully hitting an opponent.
Meatwagon -2nd special Idiot penalty damage increase to 40 (nerfed from 20)
Shadow
-1st special Stage 2 charge coffin damage change to 25 (far) (nerfed from 30) 50 (close) (nerfed from 60) 70 (direct-hit non detonate) (still the same)
-2nd special stage 2 charge coffin requires 8 seconds to achieve stage 2 (nerfed from 5 seconds)
-2nd special Stage 2 charge coffin damage change to 45 (far) (nerfed from 60) 90 (close) (nerfed from 120) 130 (when the enemy runs over the coffin) (still the same and people need to die if they are stupid)
Sweettooth -Turbo drain rate faster to 60 seconds (nerfed from 90 seconds) -turbo decrease rate during flight decrease to 15 seconds (formerly 30 seconds) -decrease ascend and descend speed at flight mode. +Laughing ghost damage increase to 45 (buffed from 40) +Head attack from sweetbot mode damage increase to 50 (buffed from 20)
Darkside +turbo drain rate more longer and efficient to 100 seconds (buffed from 50 seconds) +improve darkside ram hit detection +darkside ram 1st special damage range increase to 55-88 (buffed from 45-78) +Semi-Mines increase damage to 30 per mine (buffed from 15)
Warthog +Remove double damage weakpoint when Warthog lifts up. (buffed from x2 damage received) +1st Special crush mode doesn't "randomly" deactivate when successfully hitting an opponent. +initial crush damage increase to 70-80 (buffed from 60-70)
Junkyard Dog -Stage 1 healing heal reduce to 20% health points (nerfed from 30% health) -Stage 2 healing heal reduce to 40% health points (nerfed from 60% health) -Turbo drain rate faster to 60 seconds (nerfed from 100 seconds) -Freeze break out time nerf to 1.60 seconds (same as Darkside/SweetTooth/Warthog because currently it is as fast as CrimsonFury/Roadkill/Kamikaze)
Talon +Special regen rate faster to 38 seconds (buffed from 40) -decrease ascend and descend speed.
Shotgun Sidearm +far damage increase to 2.5 (buffed from 2) (so the 2-hit combo will end up at 5 damage) +close damage increase to 10 (buffed from 8.5)
Rocket Sidearm -reload rate slower to 12 seconds (nerfed from 9 seconds)
Magnum Sidearm +damage increase to 13 per shot. (from 11)
Laser Sidearm +Max charge damage increase to 35 (formerly 25) +charge time/per damage scale follows scalarly according to the charge damage change above

Shotgun -damage decrease accordingly to 50 (point blank) (nerfed from 60) 30 (close) (nerfed from 40) 15 (medium) (nerfed from 20) 5 (far) 0 (distant)
Remote bomb -REMOVE TRACKING -Stage 1 sticked-on-car damage decrease to 30 (nerfed from 35) -Stage 2 sticked-on-car damage decrease to 45 (nerfed from 50) -Stage 2 on ground should STILL deal 75 damage. (90 is too strong on nuke mode)
Mega Guns -decrease pickup or killstreak pickup capacity to 100 (from 150) -Total capacity decrease to 200 (nerfed from 300)

1.) give mechanics to other weapons.
Charged power missile -Increases velocity.
Charge Napalm -Increase blast radius
2.) BETTER clan system and clan point system or a reason to do clan wars.
3.) more options in unranked such as limiting car selection, adjust the pick ups and health pick ups.
4.) More different maps.
5.) spectator mode.
6.) other games modes, i would like to make 20 players in one game and add other team based modes such as team domination and etc....

That list isn't too bad actually. Why would you nerf the rockets? They aren't really that overpowered. Only useful for fast cars like Reaper mainly.

good point, probably dont nerf the rockets and improve aiming weapons such as shotguns,laser,magnum and mounted guns. One of my main tweaks which would fix most everything would be to nerf those undodgeables or weapons like the gurney so they don't go around buildings. Less scrub friendly.
