I don't like it looks like a Batman/Iron man hybrid. It does look a bit silly. There was something about that cheesy 80's look. I think they might want to add some bulk on it. |

The original suit still works but i suppose they need to jazz it up a bit for today's kids. Yea, it could use some jazzing up, but this looks like a future upgrade. It could work if there was some in-story for it. But it just starts this way. |

It seems in this one they wanted to focus on his relationship with his wife more. Detriot is appropriate considering what that place is like. |

The issue for me isn't whether it will be good or bad. But, these remakes are getting out of hand. They'll make a movie that is nothing like the original and slap the original title on it. I'm sure I'll enjoy it, but it's getting stale.

Yeah, Hollywood is creatively bankrupt. I give them 20-30 years until I stop watching their movies. The comic book adaptations, toy adaptations and remakes are gonna run out.

I think the movie looks cool. I was just over analyzing as always. ED 209 is there I believe. It's a discussion forum so it's there to analyze. Well the good things are that obviously you have better tech to improve the look. So we'll have to see how strong the story holds up. |

People hate the Black suit haha. I think it looks cool, but it looks like he changes it up. Some people will hate everything though. I like the way it looks personally. They seem to be going more "cop" than "robo" meaning they want him to look like a Cop in armor more then a robot that's a cop if that makes sense. |

Yeah, his armor looks like something from SWAT. Plus, he has the old armor as well. That way you please both bases (somewhat). Hopefully if they do more movies he could upgrade in certain ways for functionality. |

Or he could have modes. Like the Black would be speed or stealth and the classic suit would be more Offensive and Defensive.
