Well I've been hearing the word "fair share" thrown around a lot in the media. Like all brainwashing and programming it seems to be a tool word for something else. "Fair share" is really a word for socialism, communism, marxism, or what have you. What they really want (obviously) is to steal from the productive and give to the non productive. This is just a code word for it because they are too spineless and can't just tell the truth, they want to do it slowly and surely. I was listening to Peter Schiff and he had two speakers repeatedly use this word after the tax increases on the rich that they just got. They still want them to pay their "fair share" while other people contribute nothing and take from others. What is their fair share? 90%? That's probably still to generous for these clowns. They after all believe that the government owns the productivity and labor of others. www.libertyzone.com/Communist-Manifesto-Planks.html

Easiest way to catch these liars and villains in the act of their abuse of language is to simply ask them what percentage of a person's income would be "fair". Then when they throw out some arbitrary percentage on people who they arbitrarily deem rich, ask them why 100% would not be fair. This will really throw them for a loop. "Fair share" has an objective meaning and a moral basis. These people operate on no objective meaning and no moral basis when they make up these numbers and stupid bromides. When you ask them why taking it all would not be fair you switch them around and force them to explain justify their own position. You expose the truth in the fact they have no legitimate logical or ethical foundation to make these claims from.

Of course. I said this on the comment section of my other thread. There are 3 types of people. The winners, the losers, and those that decide what is fair. Of course the losers and government team up to decide this at the expense of the winners.
You can only apply fairness in a controlled environment where there are rules and regulations to make things "even". For instance if you and I race, and you run ahead, that wouldn't be fair as it is a sanctioned event with rules we should both follow. But to say that someone being more successful, smarter, better looking, or just better in life is "unfair" is ridiculous unless you assume that everybody is completely equal in every way which no two people have been.
This whole "fairness" is really just a mask for people to steal from their superiors. Not only that, they forget that it wasn't 1 man 1 vote in the Constitution. It was one vote one dollar, meaning that people had to pay the same thing to have the same representation. It was also why direct taxes were apportioned as well. Now they aren't. It's pure theft.

Great points. Funny how you brought up "one man one vote". Sometimes at night when I can't sleep I listen to ARI speeches/lectures while lying in bed. Last night I listened to one interview with Ayn Rand where she discussed this very issue and how it was the road to the ultimate destruction of a republic by turning it into mob rule. She also discusses other issues on how our government was originally setup, checks/balances, and how no written constitution of a nation, no matter how good or perfect it is, can survive when the population of the country has no moral/philosophical basis to understand or defend it. Very fascinating interview, highly recommend a listen. aynrandlexicon.com/ayn-rand-works/structure-of-government.html

Well, that's the first step of destroying a system. Set up a democracy. Once that happens, you start stealing away individual rights and property and the quality starts to degenerate. It's insane that astronomical levels of wealth can be destroyed so fast just by letting the idiot votes. The system of theft and entitlement is evil.
