Does this guy really think he is fooling ANYONE at this point? It's breathtaking that he still feels he can get away with these open bald faced lies in spite of the MOUNTAINS of evidence to the contrary.

(CNSNews.com) - President Barack Obama says Democrats "don't want to tax all businesses out of business."
"I know that there are a few Republicans here in the audience," Obama said Friday at a fundraiser for the Democratic Senatorial Campaign in Palo Alto, Ca. "If you talk to us, it turns out we're pretty common-sense folks.

"We don't think government can do everything," he said. "We don't think that top-down solutions are the right way to go. We believe in the free market. We believe in a light touch when it comes to regulations."

"We don't want to tax all businesses out of business," Obama said. "But we do think that there's a role to play for government."

He doesn't think "top down" solutions are the way to go, but every single action his agenda and his administration has executed in his entire presidency has been top down and authoritarian in nature? Not to mention the largest centralized power shift in the entire US history, "Obamacare". Maybe he just has huge balls and thinks he is bullet proof. Almost like mocking us and daring us, that he can lie all he wants and no one in the MSM will call him on it.

Light touch on regulations? Right...this is the fucking guy that said he will bankrupt the entire coal industry. This is the guy whos EPA is doing irreparable damage to our economy and fucking up the market with bullshit products that DON'T WORK. The disastrous government mandated gas can anyone?

Even the leftists know he is outright lying and he doesn't believe a word he says. Yet they don't care because they know it helps their agenda if obama says one thing in public and does his dirty work in the shadows.

You know, for all the problems I had with Bush 43 and his "compassionate conservatism" bullshit, when you he made a statement and took a position you BELIEVED HIM. At least he was an honorable man who did exactly what he believed and was not afraid to boldly and proudly state it.

I don't trust most of the politicians but this one leaves a bad taste in my mouth. He doesn't even come across as thuggish. Just some government leech who never had to earn anything and just steals it from his betters who have more than him.

Sometimes I wonder if Obama is just stupid, or really smart. I think he's just incompetent and corrupt honestly.

And yep, more and more scandals and he stays in office. The morons who voted him in simply think he can do no wrong. Blame democracy.

after the country has collapsed and they set out to rebuild, they take the original constitution without all the bullshit that's been tacked on over the years, and add an amendment that requires total and complete separation of economy and state so this kind of back door corruption of our government never happens again.

The only way this will ever get solved if it goes down like in the book. 'Cause among the democrats there is no one and among the republicans I can only count a handful who are constitutionalists. Dire situation indeed. There is no hope unless a big reset comes along. Unfortunately when it happens a lot of people good people are going to be in trouble.
