Sorry for the timing on this, but Sony has posted some online server shutdown dates for 2014. On March 28, 2014, the servers for Resistance: Fall of Man, Resistance 2, and Resistance 3 will be shutdown and on May 20, 2014, the same will happen for Gran Turismo 5.

As of those dates, the following trophies, and therefore the platinum trophies, will be unachievable online.

Resistance 2 - Berserker, Point Man, Killing Machine, Specter Recon, Specter Initiate, Team Player, Tour of Duty, Specter Officer, Primarch Hunter, Specter Intel

Resistance 3* - Helping Hand, Silent Partner

I thought unranked usually let you just have everything. I never liked it when ranked did that. At least keep it inside the ranked mode.

Are the better features just cosmetic or do they make your character better?

I don't mind it being cosmetic achievements. Ranks don't really matter to me as I care about improving.

What did you get? I never played much multiplayer on R2.
