I see what you're trying to say bro, I just don't think it's needed. That's all. No harm no foul. Happy Thanksgiving btw. I want to see more women play fighting games just because I think it'll be cool. I only women who are fans to play it though. I'm not going to start forcing change just to get women to play it. You're right and I think we do agree there's just some sort of communication error between us. Maybe we should stop posting giant posts or we could just say we agree but there's minor details we don't agree on. I know we agree because when I read your stuff I'm like "Yeah this is what I'm saying!" but when you read mine you don't agree with what I'm saying, so yeah... But could you give me a logical reason as to why women need to play it more? Why can't more fans just play it more? Why do we need women doing it? Money is money and 60 dollars from a male fan is no different than 60 dollars from a female fan. So if people who are enjoying it are playing it, why does it matter? Now if people are just being honest and think it would hot to have girls to play against or something (which is what it is) that's fine I guess, but It doesn't make the actual game better. The reason I disagreed is not because women shouldn't play, but because you feel we should campaign for it. Why? I'm not trying to give you a hard time, It's a discussion forum and I'm just voicing my opinion, I'm not trying to pick on you or anything. I just think it'll be cool to see more women play any type of game. If a woman loves Tekken but feels like she can't openly say she loves Tekken? I just want women who are skilled at the game to show up at tournaments, to not hide that they are women online and to talk about the game, I want them to say "I love Tekken!" the reason women feel this way is because of SJW's bullying them and then the presumption that nobody cares about their opinion because their a woman. I care, I want to know that you love Tekken because that's awesome. Why do females feel the need to hide? Women aren't special victims. Fighting games are competitive and full of trash talk and women tend to avoid that environment (mostly). I don't see how women are the special victims. There are men who've been ridiculed for liking things. I mean there might be men who like Twilight or My Little Pony who don't talk about it because they don't want to be seen as gay or something in real life, or beat up. Men on the other hand are more than welcoming to women to join their activities (mainly because they think they're going to get a girl). If a woman says she likes sports or video games, guys see that as a dream girl. Many times girls will lie about liking it just to get male attention. That's why these trends bother me. Chicks aren't going "We need more men enjoying 50 Shades of Grey." They don't need men to be their knight in shining armor. I've seen many places online and off go to chaos because a few "female" (if they are female, might be men) posters said they were chicks interested in games and the guys just lined up and drooled over them while fighting each other. Guys white knight all of the time. The women that do love Tekken? We don't know what they want, maybe in Japan they do but over here we have no idea how many western women play Tekken or if there's even any big female Tekken fans. I don't want to ask women who aren't Tekken fans "What do you need in Tekken to get you to like it?" Because that's stupid. If the women fans of Tekken do speak up but they have opinions that negatively affect the rest of the fanbase then smart marketing means you don't do what they say. Right I get that you don't want them to make women unsexy, but pandering is pandering. I don't care if they start adding "black" characters to appeal to blacks, or making it more "woman friendly". I've never seen good results from that. It's like From Dusk Till Dawn the series, it has a massive female fan base. The Majority is still men but many women enjoy it and in the third season they are going to be adding a few more female characters as a thank you to the female fan base for sticking around and being huge supporters of the show. Why do you think Demi Lovato showed up at the end of the second season? That's a massive fanbase. There aren't a massive amount of females playing fighting games. It's not like women are "enduring" the game. They're fans. They enjoy it. If you can do something for them that doesn't change anything for anyone else then why not do it? Anyway I think we do agree, I'm not white knighting, I'm not saying women need defending, I just want more women to be able to talk about Tekken and why they love it, because if they all say "We love bikini girls!" Then that means we get more bikini girls! If they say "We hate bikini girls." Then nothing changes because they are to small to focus any resources on if it's going to impact the rest of the fanbase. Like you said resources are limited and are better used making the game as good as it can be and not trying to make it more "diverse". This ends up turning people off. It seems you like the pandering if it's something you don't mind, but maybe other people do mind it. I mean lots of blacks watch anime (like DBZ), should we campaign to put more blacks in anime/manga because right now there are next to none of any importance. Black Goku ftw lol.

Here is a Tekken announcement from The Fighters Generation:
Over the past month, there's been talk of a seemingly "big" announcement to be made at the TEKKEN 7 Global Grand Finals held in Tokyo, Japan. Community manager Mark "Markman" Julio just confirmed on Twitter that there will indeed be a major announcement of some kind... and all we know is that it has to do with TEKKEN. Console date for T7? Arcade expansion? Both? Tekken X SF? It's less than 12 days away! Watch the Grand Finals live on Twitch.tv/TEKKEN.
Mark Julio twitter post: As a die-hard TEKKEN fan. I really need to tell YOU. You do NOT want to miss the global finals on Dec. 12th. Get ready for the next battle.
Twitch video: MasterCup 8 - 137 Teams! 5 on 5 Tekken 7 - Tokyo, Japan
(added x because of autoplay).

It looked like SF4 but filtered but had nice target combos. It was an interesting concept, but I like what Namco is doing better.

So it turns out I was right the Graphics do look better but that's only because it's on new hardware only for Arcades and it looks like Akuma might only be on this version... Hopefully the console version looks like this because it's really pretty and I like the new character costumes and I got excited about Akuma. I hope it comes on PC because I'd love to max it out.

I hope it comes on PC because I'd love to max it out. My guess is the PC version of Tekken 7 won't look as good as the new version coming to Arcades, different assets. If it came out it would as the PC versions is usually what the arcade is based on and you can max out resolution, particle effects, etc. Assuming we get one of course.

But the new Arcade version with Akuma uses new stuff where as the Tekken coming to consoles is based on the original arcade version. I could be wrong and the console version is based on the new arcade version, if that's the case then the PC version will probably be just as good as the arcade one in terms of graphics, assuming it's not broken. I imagine they'll use the latest version possible or update it. The PC version might not be out for another year anyways. It's all standard fighting game fare. Akuma will come to the consoles too. I don't see the PC version looking worse than the console version... ever. That would be some awful design if they did.

I don't see the PC version looking worse than the console version... ever. That would be some awful design if they did. That's two things that keeps from going over to PC, release dates being behind console games and broken games. The Warriors games are garbage on PC, I can remember when Toukiden (same developers as Warriors) released on PS4 and PC, the PS4 used updated visuals and brand new character models but the PC version just used the same assets from the Vita version... And the animations were tied to the framerate which meant playing at 60fps was impossible but the PS4 version was in 60fps and worked fine. There's no way they'll mess up Tekken that bad but it's always a possibility with Japanese Developers. But most of the time that isn't the case, like 99% of games look, play, and run better on the Pc vs the console. You also get more settings and often mods that are better than paid DLC for a game that is much cheaper than what's on console. It's mostly Japanese developers who are slow as pretty much all major releases are on PC at the same time. Many pc games have been ported to console and consoles have their own broken games that stay worse because support ia slower and more expensive as Sony and Microsoft charge for each update while Pc has free updates. This is why indies and small developers release on pc so often. More freedom and less hassle.

This is why indies and small developers release on pc so often. More freedom and less hassle. You're right it's just that some of my favourite games this year have been broken on PC or haven't released. Look at Arkham Knight or Until Dawn, one is broken and one will never release on PC. Those are due to incompetent developers and usually do get fixed . The console is often slower for the aforementioned reasons though. Pc has the largest amount of games I like with the besy options, quality, and freew. There are some exclusives I wouldn't mind there but I have what I need and most exclusives have a replacement that's often better. Not to mention I can play old games on one machine and emulation. Come aboard. You'll love it.

News from avoidingthepuddle:
TEKKEN 7 Fated Retribution - Arcade Update to Tekken 7 Announced!
The next Arcade update for the current version of Tekken 7 out in arcades right now was jusr announced at the King of Iron Fist Tournament 2015 tournament. The new update is dubbed 'TEKKEN 7 FATED RETRIBUTION' and features new character additions, graphics update, new character costumes and a guest character: Akuma from the Street Fighter series. This comes with big surprise because it adds a lot of questions since Akuma's inclusion into the roster is heavily related to the Tekken 7 story. Trailer and images of the update from Tekken-Official added below!
Here are some Gouki/Akuma, Asuka, Lili, Bryan, Leo, & Xiaoyu photos:

They're doing an excellent job at the presentation of this game.

That and the way they tied him in. Looks cool to be honest and I respect Harada for standing up to SJW while Ono just bowed out like a pussy.

You're a Capcom fan at heart after all. That said Tekken is impressing more overall, but I'm liking what we have all around. Kof, Blazblue, GG, etc. They all look good. It's the casual MK and SF that are looking bad.
