I've been checking out the win quotes for the game and it looks like Necalli might be a major play or a even boss.

Oh damn... Evil Ryu + Asura... I forgot how Evil Ryu and Oni made an appearance on Asura's own game. Guys, we have some more game play footage. Let's look at all of the SFV footage. Grab some popcorn. Get some alcohol or a nice cold or hot beverage while you are at it. Because, these videos are long. The following videos present what happened at TGS.

Not worth watching. I'd wait for youtube videos since these guys have no clue what they are doing. They said over and over again you can't cancel special moves from normals and she has 0 links. Capcom needs to give us frame data so I can play now :/

Several, mainly with KOFXIII FAQS and finishing up some DC wiki stuff with Mai, Mr. Karate, Claw Iori, some of EX Kyo's concepts, Yuri, Clark, and Mature. At some point, I'm probably going to work on some characters from 02UM.
For SFV, I may try to complete Nash as well.

Looks like paid *and* earnable DLC. www.eventhubs.com/news/2015/sep/30/street-fighter-5-will-likely-feature-mixture-paid-and-earnable-cosmetic-content-matt-dahlgren-discusses-alternate-costumes-sf5/During Tokyo Game Show, Dual Shockers was able to sit down with Capcom's Matt Dahlgren to discuss the upcoming Street Fighter 5.
Dahlgren reveals a few bits of interesting information as he and DualShockers discuss matters such as frame rate parity between the PS4 and PC versions, downloadable content, the fact that SF5 is the first Street Fighter "made for eSports" and more.
Dahlgren also reveals that not all cosmetic content will be obtained via monetary transaction. It's early, and it sounds like plans are not quite set yet, but Dahlgren states, "There should be a mixture of paid or earnable cosmetic content."
We already know that those who have pre-ordered SF5 will get one of four alternate costumes with their purchase, but perhaps we can expect to unlock other costumes without having to pay for them.
Hit the jump for the full interview.

V-Skill: Iron Muscle - With Iron Muscle, Zangief can absorb one attack leaving him with recoverable health. Holding down MP and MK then pressing a direction, players can make Zangief slowly approach his opponent. When released, Gief will flex his muscles and will actually hit the opponent, if close enough. Zangief returns in Street Fighter 5 image #13 Zangief returns in Street Fighter 5 image #14 Zangief returns in Street Fighter 5 image #15
V-Trigger: Cyclone Lariat - Zangief spins around, pulling the opponent in. If the V-Trigger buttons are tapped, Gief will spin quickly, bringing the opponent closer. If the buttons are held, however, he will continue to spin for a multi-hitting attack.

Quite nice! I like her look a hell of a lot more than Blanka's and she's definitely the best designed new character so far. Hot and she has a good light skinned look that makes her stand out.
The comments will be complaining about something. They wanted a fatty like in that comic Jack posted.
Also yes, I'm looking at the tweet from Ono here (edit: I see you fixed it).

She looks like Christie Mack lol. Also, no Blanka. . .good. Though, her electric moves may indicate a relationship with Blanka.

It's a Japanese thing. No matter how wild or "tough" a character is. She's still always feminine. Even Chun li who's built like a tank and is the strongest women in the world acts super girly. (Hops around when she wins, giggles and cries when she loses).
The most "masculine" you'll get is R.Mika who is more or a tomboy than the typical ultra butch western dyke female characters.
I think she might be his disciple. The females in this game are top notch. Looks like sf is going a more Doa or Soul Calibur route with girls.

Absolutely, though I was comparing her to beef curtain Mack. That's the appeal of SF girls. They have personality and they're fun while still able to fight. DoA has hot girls but I wish they stood out more from each other. Westerners just want fat and nasty women.

Laura Trailer Laura: Appears to have quite a few command grabs. Has an electric-based projectile that can be used for helping the Laura player close the gap and distorting the opponents movement (the projectile barely travels forward). The projectile is also very useful for okizeme if the opponent did not tech a knockdown. Seems to have a anti-air special move that cause Laura to conduct a air slam animation after she connects with opponent, as if she were doing an air throw. 0:35 - Special move with armor properties... she turns forward to smash her elbow into the opponent and performs an elaborate grappling move. Laura seems to have a command dash... or she is able dash cancel some of her own normal moves. ... Many statements typed in this comment is based on the trailor and conjectures.
R. Mika and Laura should commence to wrestling each other at some point.

The beta with PC will be from September 22-25, in Japan at least: www.eventhubs.com/news/2015/oct/07/street-fighter-5-closed-beta-test-2-will-feature-necalli-rashid-karin-mika-vega-and-ken-halloween-costumes-ultra-street-fighter-4-also-shown/The second beta test for Street Fighter 5 has been announced, and will be taking place between October 22nd and October 25th in Japan. Whether this is the same for other regions is currently unclear, but what is clear is that this next beta test will include 6 characters - Series newcomers Necalli and Rashid, alongeside veterans Karin, R. Mika, Vega and Ken.
Not only that, but as had been previously mentioned by Capcom, this beta round isn't restricted to Playstation 4, but will also be available on PC via Steam.
As an added bonus, players who partake in this second wave of beta tests on Playstation 4 will receive the next batch of Ultra Street Fighter 4 alternate costumes free of charge. This is a Halloween-themed horror costume pack, and we've received pictures of a bunch of characters which you can find below. Also on fight money: www.eventhubs.com/news/2015/oct/07/players-can-use-fight-money-unlock-fight-titles-and-possibly-kanzuki-estate-stage-street-fighter-5-beta-2/Earlier this morning, information about Street Fighter 5 beta #2 went live. We learned that the next phase is scheduled to run from October 22nd - 25th in Japan, and we'll be seeing different playable characters this time around.
Peter "Combofiend" Rosas over on Capcom Unity released a blog entry that shares even more details on the upcoming beta test. Firstly, Rosas confirms that the above dates are applicable for all involved regions, not just Japan.
Additionally, beta #2 will begin with Necalli, Ken, Vega, and R. Mika. With Capcom still testing their content delivery system, Rashid will become available on day 2 (Oct. 23rd) and Karin will follow on day 3 (Oct. 24th).
This will also be the first time Capcom is testing out Street Fighter 5's cross-play between PlayStation 4 and PC. Users of the latter will be able to access the beta beginning on October 24th.
Hit the jump to read about beta #2's Fight Money unlockables and more In the first Street Fighter 5 beta test, players were able to rake in Fight Money, but were unable to spend it on anything. In an attempt to test this system, beta #2 testers will actually be able to spend newly acquired Fight Money on titles and possibly the Kanzuki Estate stage.
However, it should be noted that anything purchased with Fight Money in this beta test will not roll over to the next or the final release. Prices shown in this phase are also placeholders and subject to change.
This beta will also introduce ranked matchmaking -- a feature that pairs you with players of equal skill level to start, then pairs you with higher skilled fighters the better you perform. A leaderboard will also keep track of how well players are doing on both PC and PS4, and there will even be a player search function that lets you keep tabs on favorite fighters.
Here in North America, those who participated in the first beta test will automatically have access to beta #2 without the need to re-register. PC users can gain access by pre-ordering Street Fighter 5 on Steam.
For information on how to gain access to beta #2 in other regions, be sure to hit the link below.

This is conclusive evidence that these people are stupid as hell. We must be thankful that this people aren't game producers, developers and/or designers. Hence why I made the Darwin's Awards thread. They wouldn't be able to make the stupid content they want because they'd need to make money. Customers wouldn't buy their garbage, so they'd fail if they tried. Capitalism is sure great.

New York Stage Revealed: www.eventhubs.com/news/2015/oct/08/new-street-fighter-5-stage-revealed-new-york/A video has been posted on Twitter that showcases a stage we have not yet seen in Street Fighter 5. This stage resembles the New York stage from Third Strike.
This footage comes directly from New York Comic Con, which kicked off this morning.
There have been reports that Alex is visible in the background of this stage, but we have yet to confirm.
