But in all seriousness, I think that the Halo whore is going to need to chillax. The problem with single-game consoles is just that, they are single game consoles. I've played Halo 3 and Gears of War. They are really fun. I would not buy a 360 just for that. However, I would buy a PS3 just for FF XIII. You're basing your console war in America. The console war is world wide; and world wide Final Fantasy has more going for it. The Wii will probably win based on the fact that it is fun and cheap. Once the PS3 gets its gears turning with good third party games it will sky rocket. I personally plan on saving up for a PS3, because it is worth the price. I will get great games such as Gran Turismo 5, Final Fantasy XIII, Final Fantasy XIII Versus, Ridge Racer 7, Kingdom Hearts III (the third installment hasn't been named yet), a multitude of amazing fighting games, and I can play all of my old PS one and PS2 games on it. Newjak, you forget that the average gamer likes to have a mix of games, the 360 really only has FPS's and platformers. If Microsoft is able to get some more RPG's and games with deeper story lines then it will gain a much better following. Remember, the phrase is: "You look lonelier than a 360 on an International Game store shelf."

Any way, Good News. 40 gig PS3 backwards compatible using software!! That means the few cams that don't work can be added with a patch!!

Every Wii is compatable for every Gamecube games automatically! Yea, but that's still less games from PS1 to PS2, not to mention PS2 to a *good* PS3. I'd just get the good one right away being me. |
