yeah but how about beating the boss and still having a good score in the end? Your probably going to be stuck with whatever the point value is for killing the Boss, plus a little. I don't see anyone beating the game in one play. I could be wrong, but the whole screen was covered, there was no where for the ship to go. Yeah, death is pretty much inevitable. But maybe it just deducts a bunch of points everytime you die instead of clearing the value altogether.

I've heard mixed things about Godhand. The new Twisted Metal on Twisted Difficulty had annoying bosses if you were trying to gold them, but not unbeatable. When you got enough tokens you unlocked his brother and the original Joe Musashi.

The final boss in God Hand can be hard but would'nt say its one of the hardest When you got enough tokens you unlocked his brother and the original Joe Musashi.[/quote] I only unlocked Joe Musashi for that.

The final boss in God Hand can be hard but would'nt say its one of the hardest I was talkin about the super secret boss. When you have to fight the clone of yourself. Even when maxed out, it takes a bit over an hour to beat'im, and there's little room for mistakes.

Definately, 'Gnawty' from Donkey Kong Country on the Super Nintendo! He's the 1st Boss you fight...and the hardest boss period! Jumping around the place...tough to beat makes you everytime you lose... haha

Actually Secret Agent Clank has a tough last boss on challenge mode, takes well over a half hour to defeat. One mistake and you're done.

Oh man... I just looked through this topic and some pretty fond memories. Who brought up the raid boss? That's not fair!
Anyways I'm not sure who would get my vote. Hmm. Shao Kahn is hard as **** if you don't try to cheese him. OH DUH!!!! I just got it!
Mike Tyson! Mike Tyson times a million! From Punch-Out!

In old games that were absurdly hard, the levels were tougher than the bosses, aka Battletoads. Shao Kahn was annoying. Do you mean from 2 or 3?

Yeah, but man Mike would punish you every step of the way. Ever play Fight Night: Champion? The last fight in that game was REALLY well done IMO. It felt like a rocky moment haha. Yeah, but I can see why. It would have been hard to have a hard boss who wasn't super cheesy back then. Gotta get your challenge from somewhere xD MKII for sure. Scorpion is my favorite and Kahn was actually pretty easy in 3 because of that. MKII he could have been cheesed a few different ways. You could just jab him to death IIRC

So you mean Ultimate? Yea both Kahn's were cheesy and had that mind reading A1. Motaro was cheap too.
