2D Fighting game discussion

I just wanted a forum where I could discuss the proper fighting games the way I want to.

For starters: Has anyone played Garou Mark of the Wolves?

MK is fun, but I wouldn't play it for serious games it's too basic.

Marvel vs. Capcom 2 is like that for me, incredibly fun but too broken and simplistic. Too button Mashy.

Yeah your right it is but I loved the characters in MK more than I did in SF

I like them some as well, but the SF characters had more depth and better movies. Have you seen any?

SF3: 3rd Strike, and Capcom vs SNK 2 are awesome (so addictive). Plus, Street Fighter has a pretty good story for a fighting game.

Street Fighter 3 Third Strike is by far my favorite.

I'm not suprised nobody has played Garou Mark of the Wolves.
Do we have any SNK fans here?

Nah I've only played the earlier Fighting games like the first few SF games and the MK games. My taste kind of changed over the years to FPS and other gaming types.
