Another game I should have mentioned that should have been number 2 along with the MVC series is Jet Grind and Jet Set Radio. I love those games.

I agree 100%! That game is a blast. I still have the original for Dreamcast and play it from time to time. Everything about it is fun.
My favorite is tagging opposite gangs to take them down.
They seriously need to revive the series in a big city (Spiderman 2-ish) and give us online play. People would be all over it.
