Man, when I first saw the trailer, I wanted to go out and riot for joy. I REALLY REALLY hope this game will be good. The SF series has always been my favorite video games and I hope they wont let me down. I know alot of people are wondering what new characters will be in it, but I'm really concerned about the old guys and the continuation of the story. Since Ken and Ryu look like their SF III selves I doubt Melvin woulda grown up and be fighter (bummer). I wonder what Sean will be like if he's still in it Or Alex? They should put Sagat back in the roster and what if Bison makes a return, that would be f**kin awesome. I wonder what will happen to Gill and Urien or Dan (I think he's dead though). ill Sakura be in it or Guile? What If Ryu finally defeats Gouki? So many questions left unanswered. Usually when they start on a "new" number, they totally change the roster. As long as they don't use those lame EX characters it should be cool. Gouki's gonna get to be an old man sooner or later. Gouki is supernatural, he really shouldn't be aging. No really, much like Oro, age shouldn't have an affect on his physique. Other than that he's already "old". Maybe Ryu will get mad and kill his father. ... It's a bit dysfunctional for a parent child relationship don't you think? I also doubt he's near that level yet, they may never make him "that" level, unless it's an alternate non-canon ending. You are the second person. I am the first person. Replace are with is and you'll be on the right track.  |

Well, EX characters aren't from CapCom. EX was made by Akira and so were the characters. I liked some of them, for instance:
-Durunia
-Pulum
-Cracker Jack
-Blair
-Hayate
But, I detested the fact that the story centered around the Mizu clan.
Gouki does age as you can see in Street Fighter 4. His hair starts to become gray.

Well, EX characters aren't from CapCom. EX was made by Akira and so were the characters. I liked some of them, for instance:
-Durunia
-Pulum
-Cracker Jack
-Blair
-Hayate
But, I detested the fact that the story centered around the Mizu clan.
Gouki does age as you can see in Street Fighter 4. His hair starts to become gray.
Some were cool. I thought that Akuma was based more on the Japanese look and feel? But nevertheless, I didn't mean that he didn't look older over time, but that like Oro his age doesn't weaken his fighting capability and prowress. I'm glad that you pointed that out though. |

Because I'm sure he puts himself at risk alot more considering he is a person who has faced the likes of Bison and Gill. |

But who knows? Maybe Dan will kill Akuma. But seeing as how that's barely even likely if Akuma was in a state of comatose, Dan's chances are slim.

Doubtful they'd let him beat him though, not canonically, that would be "the end". He probably has some other boss to deal with anyways who is probably slightly less powerful than his father or something to that extent. |
