I think he's thinking of Goku... Kaioken was the name of the Technique Goku used to turn his energy red during the 2nd half of the Sayan saga up to halfway through his fight with Freeza before going Super Saiyan. |

Not sure. No non-super of Terry's can even combat the regular Shoryuken I imagine that will get argued. Om KMC? Oh yeah... However, Terry has the Rising Tackle and Power Dunk as the only two comparable moves, and neither of them have the priority or the invulnerability of a Shoryuken... Never have. |
