Hi im just saying hello. Some if you know me from KMC forums. I like meditation, Norse Lore and mysticism. Hope to start martial arts again.

Yes I do... I didn't know you meditated and did Martial Arts though, what styles?

Yup I meditate im trying to reach adept level. Yeah well I have done a little bit of everything but I know boxing reasonably well. Unfortunately I have had to stop due to some injuries which im using meditation to heal. When I start again I will be doing Qi gong, I might want to mix it with something else im not sure what, but im going to specialise in internal martial arts.

Oh yeah I actually post quite alot in the religon section as well. Its religon and comics for me on KMC lol.....that rhymed.

That's cool, I spend alot of my time doing the same thing myself... I rhyme with nothing left, trying to be adept while I find my belt.

Internal martial arts, do you mean the usage if chi (though in a real sense)?

Well yes I do mean the use of chi. Basically I will be interested in any martial art where meditation plays an important role. How long have you been meditating for?

For quite some time, it plays a big part in my day and it allows me to sort things out as well, and prepare for the day ahead.

In what ways does it benefit you?

Well im very religous. Ok this is going to sound crazy but im using my meditation to increase my ability to visualise so I can actually see my Gods. Im trying to live a religous life were I can remember my Gods at all times.

That is interesting, perhaps you should post in our religion board in the general discussion section, I'm always interested in new views and ideas.
