Who has seen it, or is going to see it? I can't wait. I have $50 in AMC gift cards just ready for the occasion.

I just got home from watching it.
It was really bad. If you haven't seen it yet, I suggest you download it. Save your money, there are a lot better movies coming out this summer.

Of course you are going to see it for yourself to make a decision.
To me, the best part of the movie was the CGI and special effects. The best acting job was by J.K. Simmons (J Jonah Jameson), but other than that.... it was very lacking.
Unlike some people that didn't like the movie, I didn't go into the theater looking for a movie version of the comics as that would be stupid. They hadn't done it with the first two, so why would they start now. I went in looking for a continuation of the first two. The first movie was good, the second was better.
The movie was rushed in a lot of aspects, because there were too many characters to try and build up.
I left the theater saying that I hoped all the little children liked it, that is who the movie is geared towards.

I was actually going to it today.

Where ever people are talking about Spider-Man 3 there seems to be totally opposite opinions. People either absolutely hate it or they absolutely love it. I'm just going to have to decide for myself.

That is true, but I don't think it'll be a "bad" movie. There might be some details I don't like about it, but that's with anything.

If you read my second post you would have seen that I wrote that. I don't know who the people are that said "it was awesome". If you have the same taste in movies as them than that is what you should do. I hope that you do enjoy it. I can't go over the faults in the movie, as I don't want to ruin it for anyone. But if you think that I am the only one that didn't like the movie, then you haven't read to many reviews for it. Like I said though, I hope you enjoy it.

But like I said I'll still watch it, it's one of the only things I go to the movies for. Spiderman, TMNT, and XMen. Just my opinion on David's opinion on Ron's opinion on Spiderman 3.

I've heard several at KMC and whatnot. I read a few, some seemed to be right on. Others must not have seen the same movie. As you should, you can't go by other's opinions or what critics say. I just didn't enjoy the movie. I think that everyone should save their money and download the near perfect copy floating around the internet. That way they can make their own informed decision rather than base it on what they hear from others. Just to prove that I am not the only person in the world not to enjoy the film (lol)- www.rottentomatoes.com/m/spiderman_3/Rottentomatoes also has a few reviews by people that enjoyed the movie, just so people don't think that it is a bias site.

It seems like I here a lot of times people complain that #3 isn't as good as the previous one. The previous one was great, so it can be not as good and still be good. I think people underate things a lot of times because it is not as good even though it is still a good movie. For the most part, I don't go by what other people say. I disagree about movies a lot (A lot of people liked Scarface, but when I tried watching it on TV, I couldn't stand it).

There are really good movies out there that didn't get any attention and likewise, due to what a few said. Usually those people have the dumbest vendetta with the movie and have no educated reason why. Which is if I really want to see something I generally see it unless I *know* it'll be bad. Which is almost never seeing as I don't go to the theatres much to begin with.

I thought it was pretty good. Not great or anything. It seemed rushed at some parts, and I think they could have done a better job with Venom. For one thing, I didn't like how Venom's face came back, and showed Brock's whenever he talked.

I agree with magic. Great special effects, bad acting. That and it was too predictable at times. I can't really mention the specifics though, as it has spoilers.

I thought Thomas Haden Church (Sandman/Flint Marko) didn't do that great of a job in the movie.

I thought Thomas Haden Church (Sandman/Flint Marko) didn't do that great of a job in the movie. yeah he didn't do so hot. like I said, spoilers. But I just thought the love scenes were awkward at times. Mostly because the lines were bad though. the script was the main problem, I thought. anyway, It's ok if it's predictable if you have to step out and think about it, but if I can see what's coming without even trying that's too predictable. and I'd give you an example but it's a spoiler.

I thought Thomas Haden Church (Sandman/Flint Marko) didn't do that great of a job in the movie. I think he did alright for a crook. I didn't feel like it was too "acted". F4, that movie had some bad acting in it... it was an ok movie though.

I did like the third one more than the first though.

I think it would be interesting to see Spidey actually turn into a spider. He did it in the animated show. I never read much of the comics, so I don't know if he did it in there too (he probably did).
