That's very true. Goku might be one of the worst anime fathers because he put Gohan in danger too many times. The fact that he abandoned his family just to train with Uub for a couple of years is horrible. Vegeta was a horrible dad, too, but that's not a surprise. Well Vegeta seemed to show some care. Goku threw his son in against Cell and he slacked off on training putting it all on Gohan. That's kind of messed up, lol.

I remember some of the few times in which Vegeta showed some careness towards Trunks, but he could've did better than that.
Yeah, Goku is just a bad father.

I don't think Goku is a bad father at all. He put Gohan up against Cell because he know's that Gohan was the only person powerful eneough to defeat cell. The thing is that when you have children involved in the military, it's obvious there are risks involved. Vegeta on the other hand, well at one point he never even held his son.

The thing is that when you have children involved in the military, it's obvious there are risks involved. Vegeta on the other hand, well at one point he never even held his son. He cares for his son, but he was always absent and pursuing training for the love of it amongst other things. He is a hero and I understand he "saves the world" but slacking off during training and throwing your son in there without letting him know beforehand is neglectful IMO. We know Vegeta is a villain but at least he was there for his son more. The army is a bit different as they make their own decision as an adult (more often than not). That's not to say I wouldn't have wanted to be Gohan, that would have been pretty cool. Goku would have been a cool dad to a kid, but from a parent point of view he'd be awful. Imagine Chi Chi doing something like that.

One of the things I didn't like about DBGT was that fact that the Saiyans were the only ones who did something.
The other Z fighters barely did anything.

Lol he was better than Goku though. There were some beautiful but deadly male fighters too, I imagine.

To my knowledge, the only fighter who fits that description is Zarbon.

Yea, DBZ can be hit and miss. I have the whole series now. I had the Ginyu and Frieza saga but my friend has it now, for the past 10 years....

You liked it? It was without all of the filler, which was nice.

The only filler that i really liked was the Garlic Jnr Saga. The filler isn't that bad when you have all of the episodes on demand. It sucked waiting for them.
