I think sarge is the most vital part of the red team. The reds could lose just about anybody else and still be hilarious. But when you take sarge out of the picture, it's just not nearly as fun. The blue team, on the otherhand is just disfunctional ;D. But without Church the Caboose/Tucker arguments aren't nearly as good. I think my favorite is a tie between Caboose and Sarge.
Oh and the developers one was called PDC something...
