I'm not a fan of the "King of Fighters" franchise, but the game looks pretty good.

I don't dislike the franchise. I grew up playing "Street Fighter" games and I barely played any of the games from the "King of Fighters" series. I played a few of them, though.
My favorite characters to use were Mai and King.

This game looks great. Now, does it play great? We will soon find out. I love the fact that Iori lost his flames too. Hate that guy.

Iori loosing his flames may not B a bad thing at all. His pants look stupid but his fighting style from what I can C in the vid looks nice.

Iori losing his flames is a good variation for the character. Though, I'm honestly not feeling the sprites for this game.

They look alot better than the old sprites 2 me. The animation is just weird sum times, IMO.

The animations are better, but the art is weird. I prefer the old spirites or the filtered sprites from the previous games. I would have prefered Garou sprites as well, but whatever.

The sprites looked so much better when it 1st came out, but now it has that weird KOF style to it. Still the best lookin' fighter I've seen SNK make and overall it is a step up and it really does look good.
I just wonder what took SNK so long. These type of graphics were available 10yrs ago. This game could be on the PS2.

That's true, but the old sprites are tight as well. Just overused and people make fun of Capcom reusing the same sprites.

OMG, U like the old sprites? Those things look sooooo crappy, 2 me N this day and age. It really looks like their games R decades old win they use those sprites. I like them but win they put out the KOF games, they cost 40$ and 30$. I buy it anyway but geez, that's a lil much 4 such old sprites.

Yea, they are classic, but they do look so old nowadays, when they do crossovers with other games the sprite inconsistency would be horrid if they were left the same. |

I think they are about the same, there was a major drop last generation. But, the pr9ices are going back to their classic levels.

Hectic. I think things like this will really intensify the gameplay. They went back to the basics *cough* SFIV *cough*, I really think this gives SNK a chance to take KOF down a better road. I honestly can't wait to play this.
