I can't remember the name of the movie, but it was the film about Super Girl; that was my favorite. Of course it stared Batman and Superman, mostly. Wonder Woman played a heavy roll in it, as well. The main antagonist was Darksied.
Crisis on 2 Earths is definitely a close second, though.

I've only seen First Flight
they should've done the live action movie like it.

Justice League: Doom is another good one
loosely based on Mark Waid's JLA story arc, "JLA: Tower of Babel".
Justice League: Doom finds the heroes on their heels when a team of super villains discover and implement the Dark Knight’s “contingency plans” for stopping any rogue

Bat's can't even trust his own team mates for him to make that “contingency plans".

Bat's can't even trust his own team mates for him to make that “contingency plans". Batman has some deep rooted issues. On some levels it would make sense, but it is betraying on other levels.

I want to look around for the Batman: Year One next. DC does some really good animated series that's for sure. I always loved Batman and Spider-Man TAS.
