I.... I was going to say Pred, but Arnold took him out. Batman has a decent amount of gadgets. This is in Gotham so that means he has the homefield advantage.

Batman has the tech to deal with Predator's stealth. He has the Batmobile as well. Pred would likely win in a h2h fight though, if Bale uses no tools.
