You can't really turtle in MVC2 at high levels, though. Since there are about 10 or so characters that are actually viable in the game, turtling will just turn into "runaway" in about 10 seconds. Same thing for MVC3. Marvel is like playing speed chess. Characters that can fly will shut the turtle game down pretty quick.

True, it's more of a high paced game. Some games tend to be slower paced which others find boring. I don't mind games being different.
