I recently decided to start getting the book of the current book
the Mandarin has returned and it seems he's working with Ezekiel "Zeke" Stane son of Obadiah to bring down Stark and he's made it look like Stark is on the booze again and drunk.

there was also Blizzard not sure if its the original one but Ezekiel Stane gave him an upgrade.

Even Scorpion (Mac Gargan) got an upgrade
he still has his tail but also a new suit Alistar Smythe built for him with claws.

Not sure what the Mandarin is up to with the latest story
first he gets Blizzard to attack a Desalination plant in Abu Dubai freezing all the water up and then gets the Living laser to attack Iron Man, Then onto Ezekiel Stane who build's some Dreadnaughts and sends them to China to attack a Dam
and now onto Phase 2 has all the villains he has working for him getting ready for something.

he can Mentally agitate the molecules in solid matter so that it loses cohesion its one villain Iron Man hasn't been able to touch in a fight.
