The event will be pitting some of Marvel's coolest characters against one another. According to Marvel Editor Steve Wacker, Daredevil has been given a device that makes him "the most powerful man alive," and who better than Frank Castle to target and take down the most powerful man alive? The stories will be roped together through the most recent events in Daredevil. In the series' sixth issue, Matt acquires secret information on the Marvel Universe's biggest criminal organizations. According to Daredevil writer Mark Waid, "Matt is trying to figure out the best application for this thing when Frank Castle knocks on the door."
