The game takes place in the future world of 1997, in which Dr. Proton, a once sane scientist named Blunderwitz but now a radiation-lobotomized madman, is determined to take over the world. He plans to accomplish this by using his army of Techbots, advanced, mechanized killing machines designed for the singular goal of annihilation, So the CIA hires Duke to stop Dr Proton's plans. Duke follows him into the future eventually stopping his mad schemes

In the year of 1998 this time the evil Rigelatins set out to enslave planet Earth and all the human race. During this attack they kidnap the eponymous hero, Duke Nukem while he is on a talk show advertising his new book: "Why I'm So Great". Duke breaks free to save the world once again

Duke Nukem 3D
The introduction establishes that the game picks up right after the events of Duke Nukem II, with Duke returning to Earth in his space cruiser. as Duke descends on Los Angeles in hopes for a vacation, his ship is shot down by unknown hostiles this time another group of aliens have landed in futuristic Los Angeles, and humans suddenly find themselves atop the endangered species list. The odds are a million-to-one, just the way Duke likes it!"

Duke Nukem Manhatten Project
This time fighting Mech Morphix, a mad scientist who is using a radioactive slime dubbed G.L.O.P.P. (Gluon Liquid Omega-Phased Plasma) to mutate creatures into deadly monsters in order to take over Manhattan island, New York City
i'll do Duke Nukem Forever next unless C-Master wants to do that...
