Agreed. The wealthy and powerful parley with one another quite often. When groups of people, with the same agenda come together, discussions are bound to be had.

Thus you get a singular agenda, to remain wealthy and powerful. It's why lobbyist, super pacs, and 527 Groups exist. It's not some evil conspiracy to take over the world, it's just a global plan to remain in power and obtain money. It's all business.

I have no master. That being said, the smaller people keep the larger and more successful in power. They vote them in and believe their nonsense. The people who are very successful, I am one of them, are not all out to get the rest. Even the 1% is a lot larger group than you think. Those people control much of the world as they do the most.

It's highly unlikely that every group of successful person is just sitting back and coordinating everything all of the time. There are too many factors that jump in to make that unrealistic. People getting together to discuss wealth isn't the same as a group of overlords coming in to take over everything. Everyone wants to be at the top, and they're all willing to crack eggs to get there, it's human nature.

I personally think we should slow down a bit, with the Political talk. Such extreme views are likely to scare noobs away. It would be a good idea to create politically neutral Openings for discussion topics until a few more people with varying opinions join.

You may have an interesting point. Politics is one of those things, like religion, sex, and money, that always has people of differing strong opinions. I noticed a lot of people came on and visited last night, I imagine someone may have posted a link somewhere (which is what usually happens).

I'm all for trying to create neutral thread titles although people mess around a bit, but I like people spreading their opinion. Sometimes people get motivated to join just to argue their point. But I think keeping the titles just overall neutral is cool, leave the thread discussions as open as ever though.

I don't trust any of them myself. It's just finding the one that does the least damage. I did like Ron Paul though, but it was a long shot at best. I don't plan in being in the US forever though.
