Peter Jackson's King Kong is like, 25 feet tall while crouching. Scaling up from an average crouching 5'5" ~400 lb gorilla, Kong would weigh about 19.67 tons.

Godzilla at his smallest, before he was ever even irradiated, was a 40 foot tall, 70+ ton dinosaur. And at his biggest stood 328 feet tall and 60,000 tons.
