I'd say the Iron Man is definitely more powerful, but if they get in close, they could secure the advantage. But Tony 7/10.

Goblins are more agile, I think. And didn't Norman have a grenade that could disintegrate people? Goblins are definitely fierce in up close combat, Tony has harder times up close like he did with Vanko. But from a distance, he's a beast. |

More damage output and better tech. They could give him some troubles up close, but he can also fly faster.
