The big one that might happen in a resident evil game Leon S. Kennedy a one day cop become agent and body guard of the president and his family he has skills when it comes down i don't know if he can take down his opponent Wesker.
The Deadliest of three Wesker is no human he actually super human in every way since the tyrant sent his claw right through him and he sure beat claire and chris in code veronica.
I would go with the one, the only Wesker because he has everything you need to survive and he does a rival longer than Leon.

I do have a great match for Wesker if you don't mind for a guy like him it will take speed and high attack range to match him i was thinking Verdugo from Resident Evil 4.

for me i do have a rival at otakon and i only faced him twice because in tekken 5 he totally owned me and mario kart double dash i saw he was winning so i give up i was pissed and i would like to hear someone say you suck oh no one good i will get a summary of halloween sunday on here for yous who don't tell me i suck. what can i say this guy was good but i did something no one else in the mario kart double dash tournament i passed a wiggler truck very close to the walls of the road and not get pushed and spinned intil i was in the open he throw a shell at me and get me screw.
