You'll survive most crashes if you have on gear and aren't being outright stupid. So it isn't as bad as people make it seem.

In general the F1 will have better turning due to downforce, and the bike will have better acceleration and usually top speed. So it depends on the track. If it has a lot of turns, the bike will lose. In a straight line depending on distance the bike will win.

You sure? The last time I checked (the other day) the fastest SUPERbike had the highest top speed and accel. The F1 just turned faster.
