This is dumb really. I understand what they're trying to do but if you actually took a look at what qualifies as a sex offender, you'd be surprised.

if you actually took a look at what qualifies as a sex offender, you'd be surprised.

Exactly, this is why I can't give this a gold star of approval. It sounds decent, sickos can meet lots of targets over these games, but how many of these "sex offenders" are actually sickos? I could see this attempt workin for kiddy diddlers (which would be great) and that's about it. I don't understand why a mad rapist would be discouraged about rapin folks cuz he can't get on XBLA. There millions of other ways to find victims.

Not to mention a guy can be labeled a sex offender for being 19 and romantically involved with a 16 year old.

Well that's the stigma the laws have.

Not to mention you can be a sex offender for being 17 and having sex with a 16 year old, or you can be 12 and have sex with a 10 year old (it has happened), or course only the guy gets hit with.

They have to change that shit! The law is obviously biased. It only take one good lawyer or judge to get change rollin on this shit. Cuz this shit is so awfully tilted, I tend to think, males have some secret advantage with these laws, I'm not aware of.

These laws are horribly tilted against men. They benefit women though. There was a woman who raped a boy and got pregnant from him, and then charged child support!
