Leave it to the NRA to fuck things up as usual. Did you guys see their plan for "school safety"? They want to create some new bureaucracy for school security to have an armed officer at every school. Someone on another site I went to did the calculation and it would cost tax payers 94 billion dollars per year to the pay the salaries of these officers without even counting any overhead or cost for operating this agency. Make it stop, please.

Why not have some common sense and just let people CCW inside schools? Have a designated teacher or principle or something get a permit, a firearm, and learn how to use? No new massive bureaucracy, no new police like state inside our schools, no massive cost to taxpayers, just the ability to defend.

The NRA disappoints once again.

Take the easy way out. Though I like it when they brought up that disarming civilians makes them easy targets. I wish they would have brought up the way he was raised or something to that extent.
