They used to just ban them there. Nowadays there are so many ways to get games. Off the net from other vendors, from resellers on places like Craigslist, and you also have internet vendors. But yea, most people are stupid, which is why the democracy we live in is pretty dumb, we just do whatever the majority wants at any given time.

They used to just ban them there. . Only because we didn't have a R rating/Adult only but now we do. Took them long enough. That tax issue is easily avoided by buying online or downloading. It's not a real issue.
