Probably because SF is more talked about and seen more, and I think most people find it easier to get into, but Kof is definitely better by far. The last two Evo's were great. Hopefully Ultra is going to fix some of the problems of SF4 while keeping it interesting.

As for Garou... familiar with it but I don't actively play it.
