Marvel Now! soft reboot and New 52 hard reboot, do you think they were good ideas?

Reboots tend to always have a divided base line. I guess the reasoning behind the reboot would be important.

TBH, I'm loving it. It's been a looooong time since I've been into comics. Back around the early 00's I got into anime, but before that I was into comics like most people. Now I'm getting back into comics and it feels like homecoming.

Got tired of anime/manga and started to gradually miss comics. I try to balance things out with variety. Keeps it from getting old.

Binge way too much to be honest and another problem is I listened to other fans advice on what's "good" to watch. Bad idea, especially when it turned out that I tend to have much more experience than them. But, I didn't realize that at first.

The crazy thing is there's just so much out there that it can be hard to discern on what to watch or read. I sometimes just dig around until I find something interesting. As you know, the masses are usually a bad thing to go by.

I mean Batman, Spider-Man, etc are staples and the "big stuff". Anime and Manga doesn't tend to go on forever so you have so *many* to choose from. It can be daunting for many.

I mean't that because the stuff is "Foreign". It's hard to differentiate good and bad stuff unless you really no it well.
