Disney has shorts? as for the video "The uploader has not made this video available in your country" Short cartoons. Australia censorship blows. You just need to use a VPN. You can watch what you want then.

Has nothing to do with Censorship, Its the dumbass uploader's fault. Probably has something to do with the content being legally available there. That often happens with many shows. I upload stuff all of the time but it isn't restricted because it falls under free use. Either way you can use a VPN or a proxy to watch what you want.

Especially if the content is "legit" or "authorized" they will often do that. You're going to see that very frequently in countries like China where they very heavily regulate anything.

Of course with China
but in this case it has nothing to do with Censorship its more to do with the uploader.

Of course with China but in this case it has nothing to do with Censorship its more to do with the uploader. When you upload videos you can of course make them private which means that they're viewable by you. You can also caption certify it and license it. An uploader doesn't "ban" them in certain countries. Youtube chooses which videos aren't allowed based on violations or requests from certain countries. I've uploaded thousands of videos so I'm familiar with the process. You can of course age restrict videos for mature content but that's different than this. The reason China has so many things unavailable is because of government censorship. "YouTube blocking occurs for a variety of reasons including:[2] limiting public exposure to content that may ignite social or political unrest; preventing criticism of a ruler, government, government officials, religion, or religious leaders; violations of national laws, including: copyright and intellectual property protection laws; violations of hate speech, ethics, or morality-based laws; and national security legislation. preventing access to videos judged to be inappropriate for youth; reducing distractions at work or school; and reducing the amount of network bandwidth used. In some countries YouTube is completely blocked, either through a long term standing ban or for more limited periods of time such as during periods of unrest, the run-up to an election, or in response to upcoming political anniversaries. In other countries access to the website as a whole remains open, but access to specific videos is blocked. In cases where the entire site is banned due to one particular video, YouTube will often agree to remove or limit access to that video in order to restore service.[2] As of September 2012, countries with standing national bans on YouTube include China, Iran, Pakistan, and Turkmenistan. YouTube is also mostly blocked in Germany from YouTube's side due to disputes between GEMA and YouTube over royalties. YouTube's Terms of Service prohibit the posting of videos which violate copyrights or depict pornography, illegal acts, gratuitous violence, or hate speech.[3] User-posted videos that violate such terms may be removed and replaced with a message stating: "This video is no longer available because its content violated YouTube's Terms of Service". Businesses, schools, government agencies, and other private institutions often block social media sites, including YouTube, due to bandwidth limitations and the site’s inevitable potential for distraction.[2]"Here is a snapshot I took of a video I uploaded to show you the settings. I can't choose which countries I want to "ban them from". Why would I want to deprive myself of views and possibly revenue (if I were selling ads on my videos)? There's no reason to. It's irrelevant since you can use a vpn or proxy to simply watch whatever you want and visit any website on the net.
