While there is a ROM for this game, it is unfortunately unplayable. It will probably remain so as there is some sort of encryption that locks the game up after character select.
I remember when the first one came out. I was more of a street fighter and then king of fighters fan than mortal kombat. So when I saw this I figured it was mortal kombat with mostly dinasours, so I passed on it.
Hopefully the mame devs figure it out one day for you.

Yeah, and Nakaruru had a dog and a bird assist too. Takes me back. Yep, the Bird and Wolf. That game had more of a basic approach with high damage single attacks with good priority which emphasized more a neutral approach.
