This guy makes a good point.
"There have already been a couple of threads that touched upon this topic, but I feel that this deserves a thread of its own.
Has anyone noticed a recent increase of various right wing nutjobs, racists and misogynists in the PU and MRA blogosphere? Take blogs like Heartiste, Inmalafide, The Spearhead and a few others for reference; it's no wonder they were accused of spreading hate speech by some institutions.
I've noticted that a lot of these guys pose as seducers/PUAs, when they are in fact borderline fanatics hell bent on blaming their own personal failures on "the matrix", the immigrants, the system, "the man" et cetera. I used to think that some of them had some innovative ideas, but now I see that they are just spewing hate and an awful amount of negativity under the guise of posting seduction advice.
Some guys like Roissy aren't all THAT bad (though he does cross the line very often), it's the type of readers that those blogs attract that worry me. Comment sections of those blogs are often chock full of frustrated virgins, guys like George Sodini (the guy who couldn't get laid so he shot a bunch of women in a parking lot) and other really weird types.
My diagnosis? None of these guys are getting laid. Anyone who gets laid a fair amount cannot hate women by definition because it would shut his game down faster than you can blink. If you aren't getting laid, it's very UNLIKELY that it's the fault of Obama administration, the communists, illegal Mexican immigrants or whatever you feel like blaming your problems on (these are some of the recurring topics in their community).
A word of caution for new guys: don't get sucked into that type of negativity. I know that their writing style is extremely seductive and that our egos like having some external enemy to blame our failures on, but in the long run this shit is hurting you more than you can imagine. Is there some truth in what these guys are saying? Yes, there is SOME truth, but is it really worth ingesting an extreme amount of toxicity just to get some bits and pieces of useful information? I don't think so.
My advice? Staying positive and optimistic is key to successful pickup, so it really pays to stay away from that kind of mental poison."
