I've asked around a few places, but I'm not really getting good answers. I just thought I will ask here.
All of the sudden I've been having a lot of problems with Vista. Whenever I delete something, the program I was end quits responding, so I have to go into Task Manager to end program every single time. Also, If I were to go into windows explorer to rename a file, windows explorer would then quite responding. Does anyone know what I should do? This is incredibly annoying.

Vista isn't fully tested out and it is a headache often. My friend has had problems with his driver for no reason and he had to delete everything. Vista has it's good points, but it needs to be tested out more. I'll see what I can loook up though.

Thanks. I've asked a few other people, and their suggestions haven't worked for me. Its annoying having to close a program with Task Manager everytime I delete a file, or rename a file.

To me this looks like it might just be a bug with Vista. Do you think this could be fixed with the Service Pack?

Well, I just tried to set up a dual-boot with Linux on my laptop. I followed the instructions and everything, but Linux decided to install over Vista. Now my stuff on my computer is gone (including my project due next week.) I was stupid and didn't think about backing up my computer. Computers really hate me. I have an extra copy of XP around. My computer didn't even come with any disks with the OS on it. Looks like I'm going to be busy.
