Check it out.
It takes a decent amount of hand skill; that said I've seen many things like it such as sho sho and paint the fence.
Quite cool.

LOL
I don't think sho-sho-sho or paint the fence even begin to compare to the dexterity needed for this.

LOL I don't think sho-sho-sho or paint the fence even begin to compare to the dexterity needed for this. Doing high dexterity infinites like this are more about rhythm than anything. The thing is each game has their own speed and thing to take into account while performing it. If you do rapid seismo's UMvC3, you have to be fast to maximize it, the trick in that game is simply being accurate (since there are no input shortcuts) and having hands with the stamina to do it. It's rough on the hands like this one. Sho sho and paint the fence require you to activate it and combo your opponent into it. When you're doing these you can't go too fast or you'll lose the hits (they need to be full, especially Bison's), and you can't go too slow or they'll fall out. With Bison you have to be accurate or you will activate devil's reverse or psycho crusher, if you do Sakura's wrong you will activate her fireball or super. There are people who practice years and still couldn't do those moves. Only a few did them in matches. I'd say it took me a few months to perfect it (but I was learning stick from scratch), I learned it quicker on hitbox. Doing the Iori infinite is about learning how to rekka cancel, which you do inbetween the rekka series. Essentially if you activate his Maiden Masher super during the late part of his rekka animation he recovers faster, which allows him extra damage. The infinite is doing this over and over with the hardest part being timing the rekka cancels properly. Doing them on the stick just puts more wear and tear on your hands (which is why the hitbox is better). The hitbox takes more practice to use but it's more comfortable on the hands and feels more natural. Here's an old vid of someone painting the fence: Rapid seismo, but I can't find the hands: Keep practicing!
