Is it possible to have spoiler tags and embed videos? Spoiler tags are really nice when people are discussing something that others haven't seen yet. Many times on forums the plot has gotten ruined for me because people posted things I haven't seen yet. Embed videos are just neat I think. Another forum that I'm a part of has it. (Where the bold and italic choices are, the youtube will be last)  The tags will apear, then u will need the youtube id to go in between them. You can find the ID in the URL of a video. Look at this URL for an example. www.youtube.com/watch?v=dFitQLCL9vIdFitQLCL9vI is the ID of the YouTube video. There is only a maximum of 3 videos per page though. I can increase or decrease this number, but some people are still on dial up. The videos will slow down the load time of the pages. Any questions feel free to ask. |

What I like about the other code is that you can post flash videos from any site, and you can post games because any flash will work.

Ahhh. I thought you were only interested in the youtube embedding. My mistake then. I don't know if C was in the process of doing that or not, I was just trying to help the man out.
BUT...
On Proboards the only videos that can be put into posts, for now, are Youtube and Google. Atleast that I know of.
As to the spoiler code, there needs to be a button made for it. It needs to be the same size as the other buttons in the tags field. Anyone feel free to make one. As soon as it is made, I will put the code up.

And the number of videos per page can be changed. If C wants more videos per page, then we can go to more.

Youtube is fine. Youtube is basically the only one that is needed to be embed. So much is uploaded on it. I'm not really interested in embedding other stuff,but I'm just saying that was neat. Is this good?  Plain I know, but I didn't know what to put on it to make it spiffy. were you wanting something like this too?  |

That just messed up the show for me. Yeah that's never fun. The Vision isn't exactly notorious for having threads on story and movie plots anyway. Though it IS a forum that favors variety so spoiler tags are definitely still a good idea. |
