Hi, I'm Maulen. I'm new here.

I have trouble with the site lately because themes are just too heavy for me. but I got that going with classic themes.
I believe I posted an introduction before but it goes missing and I don't know what happened.

Let me introduce myself and I hope I get along with everyone here,
I prefer to be called Maulen, please call me that. I'm 24 years old from Philippines.
I work as an artist, well.. kind of hard to explain. I am mainly as animator, you know, I draw cartoons and anime, make them move. but I can't earn enough with that so I also tried several forms of art, I am now both manga artist and graphics designer. I like being manga artist because it's what I want and nothing can stop me from doing it, not the crowds' boo and not my parents "No", I will dive headfirst for manga. and it is slightly paying better than animation. the other part of me is graphics designer, it pays far more better than animation or manga. this is my primary source of funds and budget. though, I don't like it as much as manga and animation.

Hey bro.

Yea I've been redoing everything to get it to load faster, I'm on my way down to the bottom now in alphabetical order. Now I'm at Rosario + Vampire. The last background starts with a "T".

But yea the host was just too slow and I was paying for it unfortunately, so I got rid of it.

Philippines eh? How do you like it there?

Yea and it's much harder to get by in animation with modern times unless you just hit it big. Graphical design tends to be more stable but I like the full freedom of animating. Graphics design is fast and easy though. I've been trying to incorporate both.

I made a thread about the Bosto and I wanted your feedback on it whenever you got a chance. Or it's about graphics tablets rather.

Got a bit distracted finishing it up. For some reason I'm getting a large gap between pen and where the cursor is, but not on my 22. Looking into it though.

Oh, so that's why it loads really fast now. I got this silhouette ninja turtles theme. loads 6-10 seconds and that's it!

I feel like surrounded by zombies, no not to degrade my country but to be honest, I don't like it here. Most of the people here has no manners, full of pride, and not considerate. 80% of the people that is. My country is poor, certainly because of the people living in it.

That's great! you have 22hdx? I only have 22hd, no X , the first release of 22hd. and it is somewhat lacking compare to hdx.

Yep. I listened to what you said and investigated it. I noticed slow downs but I attributed it to the browser, file size, internet, etc. When the old backgrounds loaded slower when they're 10x smaller i knew something was up. Are you using the classic TMNT one? Try the newer ones that aren't classic and see how it goes. I have instant loading after the first load. So it's much better.

On the other it was fast if I didn't hit "refresh" if I hit home or some other button it was fast, but otherwise bleh.

America is like that too, except we're "rich" because of all of the money we borrow. Have you traveled at all?

You'll adjust. It's a lot of topics but I like a lot of things.

Yea the 14wa new uses the same drivers as the 22hdx. I like the express keys on them. I have it working for drawing, I just need to get the express keys up for the handheld and I'll be ready for road use! The other one was large and I could really only use it if I sat somewhere all day. This is a big improvement!

Hopefully we can all share stuff because I have some new work I'm doing too. Digital is so fast and convenient.

I posted my thoughts on tablets, I probably put too much pressure on bosto, but don't get me wrong, I like bosto. I just went through a lot to get it working properly.
