Yea. The sun thing makes a difference. I definitely recall the Post Crisis feat, but Superman was stronger than he is now.
Still impressive as it happened really quickly. I think it's irrelevant as neither hero is destroying a planet in a fight against the other anyways.

Yeah, that's what I mean. The close proximity to the Sun Superman can planet-bust too. I have to remind DBZ tards that because they think planet-busting is the end all be all of the debate. They also argue that Goku can just spam a planet-buster and one shot Goku. Yet, in the source material no one has ever casually released enough energy casually that it can destroy a planet until the Buu saga. Plus even then they have to corebust according to guidebooks. Not that it matters, Goku can't breath in space anyway. So, Clark wouldn't need the Sun.
