Everytime I try to draw or whatever on my laptop using the tablet it has a very bad lag to it. It sometimes messes up my drawings as well. Its really annoying. Is it because of my laptop. I use illustrator cc and other art programs

Is it parallax?
What are you using? Intuos, Bamboo, or Cintiq?

Do you think it might be because of your computer specs?

I think I have the same experience before. if it is really the same with mine, any tablet would cause that. Tell me more and I will help you. first advice, disable flicks. find "pen and touch" from your control panel. go to second tab, disable flicks. if this doesn't work. I'll try to search my piece of software that fixed my issue. it will completely disable windows flicks which probably causes the lag.
to confirm if flicks is still running, hold down your pen, if a "ring" appears. that is flick. it was originally designed for touch, but it ruins whole tablet especially if your computer is kind of low end. I believe that's where video card is coming but not necessarily.
