Ugh... that's like saying Daigo is a scrub for winning SF tournaments. If he knows how to win, he is a bad, "dishonorable" player who never let's his opponents win.
There is a such thing as a scrubby mentality in real life scenarios. Because, people are stupid.
Why should Daigo lower his standards on his approach towards SF? Does the scrub wish for him to stop zoning around with projectiles?
Why should people stop working out or stop trying to set stronger standards for themselves?
@c-Master, these elements you mentioned are true... people do have a tendency of getting the wrong idea. This is comparable to how JuiceboxKing and PRBalrog elaborate on the American FGC groups.
People on unfit. Players are becoming less competitive. See the allusion here?
Fit/Educated individuals = Intermediate FG players.
Unfit/Unenlightened individuals = The classical example of the scrub.
I believe this allusion would make sense in some context.

These idiots in the chat shown on the image are completely out of line. Point flies way ovr their own head.
@c-Master, imagine yourself playing a FG against another player. You demonstrate that you are clearly better than this player. This player turns out to be a sore loser because you kept frame trapping them, throwing them and chucking projectiles at them. You win the match. Other top players and aspiring/intermediate players praise you. Meanwhile, here are the more scrubbier or hopelessly "casual"(low common denominator) crowd. They accuse you of being a "try hard" or "spammer".
Fuck these guys. I don't understand these people.
What is so bad about being a good player? What is so bad about being physically fit if you worked for it? I VALUE being fit and there is no way in hell I am going to accept the scrubby mentality of these bozos.

Logic is out of the window at this point. Excuse me while I go do some push ups and play with An Hell... whom actually does look attractive.

Because this is the society we live in. We appreciate and worship mediocrity and stupidity. We hate intelligence, skill, and success. Like Seth said in that Street Fighter Movie, people resent those who are superior to them and they want to sabotage it. They find way to shame and hurt others whom they resent while preaching equality an and acceptance. It's disgusting.


We should accept the fat, stupid, ugly, poor, or lazy and worship them while punishing and hating on those who look good and succeed in one way or another. People wonder why we're going downhill. Nobody asked people to like superiority but to accept it and move on.

It's just sad. Being a loser makes you a good person. Just because you exist.
