QB1 and a million reactions. After Tom Brady was suspended without pay from the first four games of the 2015 football season, the New England Patriots quarterback received support from his fellow NFL players and celebrities, as well as some criticism from others on Monday, May 11.
An NFL-commissioned report released last week found that Brady was "at least generally aware" of the deflated footballs that helped his team nab the AFC Championship in January. Eventually, the Patriots' victory against the Indianapolis Colts would help Pats secure its win against the Seattle Seahawks this past February at Super Bowl XLIX.

Giants quarterback Eli Manning, who topped Brady and the Patriots in not one, but two Super Bowl victories, told the New York Post on Monday that he found no happiness in the situation.
"Tom has been a friend of mine," Manning told the paper. "I don't like to see anyone get suspended. I don’t like to see anybody get in trouble. I don’t like to see anything happen to the NFL or to a player or to another quarterback. In no way am I glad to see this happen."
Still, Manning said the punishment was "serious," even from the league. “Obviously the football, I think it is about integrity and you have to follow the rules. If someone’s breaking the rules I understand you’re gonna get punished for it," he said. “Obviously the NFL is serious about not messing with the integrity of the game, no matter big or little the issue is."

Real estate mogul and reality star Donald Trump also sounded off on the matter on Monday night in an extended Twitter rant.
They had no definitive proof against Tom Brady or #patriots. If Hillary doesn't have to produce Emails, why should Tom? Very unfair!

Brady's legal team, the Patriot's and the #NFLPA has to vigorously fight this suspension. It potentially has vast implications beyond #Brady.

You have to ask yourself why would the #NFL want to take on this arduous high profile litigation against Tom #Brady ? & the timing why now ?

Following the announcement by NFL Executive President Troy Vincent -- which also slapped the team with a $1 million fine, as well as the loss of a first round draft pink in 2016 and fourth round pick in 2017 -- Brady's agent Don Yee slammed the league's decision in a statement to Us Weekly. "In my opinion, this outcome was pre-determined; there was no fairness in the Wells investigation whatsoever," Yee said in his statement to Us. "There is no evidence that Tom directed footballs be set at pressures below the allowable limits. In fact, the evidence shows Tom clearly emphasized that footballs be set at pressures within the rules."
Yee noted that Brady planned to appeal the Wells Report, promising that the investigative look would be "exposed as an incredibly frail exercise in fact-finding and logic."
